Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way including Freeze Dried Sweets, Candy & Chocolate. Please allow an additional 48 hours for all other freeze dried items (Ice Cream, Fruit & Veg)


STORE PICKUP
Orders can be picked up daily, at a mutually convenient time. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup or please contact the team via our mobile on 07842 334562.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to
shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 2 miles of our facilities.
If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

Orders can be placed for same-day delivery excluding freeze dried items unless available.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with an estimated time of arrival.


SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours using a standard tracked delivery like Yodel, Evri or Royal Mail. Standard delivery 3 - 5 days excluding freeze dried fruit, vegetables and ice cream.

Shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated
and displayed at checkout. International shipping can vary greatly depending on the destination but we always use a trackable service.

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Frosty Sweet Factory is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount the cost of the original postage.

The shipping costs for the return is the buyer's responsibility.


In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customer.support@frostysweetfactory.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition within 24 hours of the product arriving.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
